 How We Do
            Business 
              We are happy to work on a per
                project basis or by the hour. Contact us for hourly rates. 
              The initial, no-obligation,
                consultation meeting will be free of charge. If within a 100
                mile radius of Austin TX, no travel charges will be applied.
                Outside of this area, actual, as incurred, travel costs will be
                billed.
              4J's Group policy is a 50% up
                front deposit from new clients and for jobs between $2000 and
                $10,000. Balance on completion. Contracts priced at $10,000 or
                more require a 40% up-front deposit with  further staged payments
                at an agreed percentage at mutual agreeable milestones. 
              All work is subject to a minimum
                charge of $500.
              For long term projects with a
                monthly retainer fee, the first and last month's fee is payable
                at contract start.
              We reserve the right to charge
                additional "rush fees" of at least 25% of total
                project cost for jobs with deadlines of 48 hours or less, and at
                least 50% for jobs assigned on Thursday/Friday and due on
                Monday/Tuesday. 
              If project is cancelled for any
                reason after completion of first draft deliverables, 4J's Group
                is entitled to full payment of agreed-upon fee. 
              If project is cancelled during
                the development stage, 4J's Group is entitled to full payment of
                all hours invested up to that point. 
              For all written deliverables, 
                fees quoted include, one information gathering meeting,
                conceptualizing, copy generation and two rounds of revision.

             - As
            Executive Vice President Gill provides
            4J's Group with top class administrative support. Gill is a fully
            qualified Paralegal and  brings a wealth of administrative
            experience from a background in  the Health Care and Legal
            professions.  Paul Benjamin
            - Paul
            has been working in international publishing for 10 years with a
            focus on developing projects for delivery across different media
            platforms.  As Managing Editor for the 
            US
            division of one of 
            Europe
            ’s premiere publishers, Paul helmed a joint publishing initiative
            in conjunction with a division of Time Warner.  He is a
            published author with a number of magazine articles to his credit
            and is currently working on a graphic novel trilogy the first volume
            of which is due to be published in 2007.
            
             Anthony
            Davies
            
            - Tony has been working for nearly 2 decades in the engineering and
            publishing worlds with an emphasis on where they collide.
            Documenting and designing processes where utilizing software ranging
            from CAD Systems and Visualization tools to Content Management of
            the procedures that describe these processes. Tony has consulted
            with Boeing, Lockheed Martin, General
            Dynamics, Motorola and others with a recent project
            documenting and designing wire design processes and procedures for
            the 787 at Boeing Commercial Aircraft Steve Hardwicke
            - Steve has over 10 years
            experience in all aspects of web development. He has help the
            positions of Manager Interactive Projects and Director Internet
            Business Solutions and has been responsible for several global
            corporate web sites. He also has extensive background in computer
            and network security and obtained his CISSP in 2004. He is a
